Member Eligibility Requirements
Membership in the Non Commissioned Officers Association is open to individuals connected to the U.S. enlisted military community.
- Eligible members include active-duty, National Guard, Reserve, retired, and veteran enlisted service members of the U.S. Armed Forces.
- Commissioned officers are generally not eligible for regular membership.
- Associate or supporter memberships may be available to spouses, survivors, and civilians who support the mission.
